What to expect… when you become a vegetarian.

Going into my third week as a vegetarian, I’ve been thinking a lot about individual perceptions of dietary lifestyles like being a vegetarian. And here, I think, are some misconceptions about what being on a veggie-diet means.

To be honest, I was worried about making this blog post. It is my first post that brings up opinions that are not shared by all, and brings attention to aspects of agriculture that house many strong feelings and emotions.
